1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with OiK Investment Limited ("the Company") through our website, services, or transactions, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Scope

We provide:

Sale of verified land/properties in Nigeria

Real estate development and advisory

Training via OiK Academy

Realtor partnerships
All services are subject to Nigerian property laws.

3. Property Transactions

Verification: Buyers may conduct independent due diligence on any property.

Payment Plans: Installment agreements must be signed and adhered to; default may lead to forfeiture.

Title Transfer: Full payment must be received before processing ownership documents.

4. Fees & Payments

Prices are quoted in NGN and may change without notice until a contract is signed.

Bank transfers to our official accounts only (we will never request payments to personal accounts).

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Land Sales: Refunds are only permissible if the Company fails to deliver clean titles within the contracted timeframe.

Training (OiK Academy): Course fees are non-refundable once classes commence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, course materials, property designs) remains the Company’s exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Liability Limitation

The Company is not liable for:

Market value fluctuations of purchased properties.

Delays caused by government regulations or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

8. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall first attempt mediation.

Unresolved disputes will be settled in Lagos State courts under Nigerian law.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
